Castelli Estremo Gloves

Do people call you crazy for riding in frigid temperatures? They wouldn't if they knew your secret: Castelli's Estremo Gloves. Heavyweight Gore Windstopper X-Fast fabric repels wind and water, meaning your hands will be warm and dry even in the dead of winter. A fleece liner along with other cold-taming features such as grippy palms, a microsuede thumb panel, and extended Neoprene cuffs conspire to keep winter at bay.

High quality glove for winter riding

    About Me

    • Nice Grippy Palm
    • Nice Fleece Inside

    • Wrist Velcro Awkward
    • somewhat bulky

This glove is very high quality with a nice soft inside and very grippy outside palm area. If worn wiht a merino liner it keeps me comfortable down into the 20s. I think if it is in the single digits you might need a lobster glove, but this does the job for the majority of the winter riding conditions I encounter. If you buy them a little bigger it helps to keep your warmer and allows you to use a liner as it gets colder. They are a little bulky so I would not recommend for racing, but they are perfect for training rides or commuting where shifting isn't that critical. Overall they are a great addtional to my winter riding wardrobe.
