was nervous about going to a 1x11. but it was the best decision I made, the bike is so light climbing steep hills is an ease. going up and over rocks or tree limbs with the 29 inch wheels is effortless. having the command post makes steep down hills easier to maintain your speed. this is by far the best bike purchase I have ever made. its a bit pricey but worth every penny!! and having one of the best bike shops to go to if there is an issue makes the purchase that much more worth it. thanks papa wheelies!!
I went from the Stumpjumper 29er FSR aluminum frame to this bike. This bike is incredibly quick and nimble. Felt like I was turning and jumping a BMX bike with the stability of a mt bike. I'm riding the same trails I've always ridden and they feel like fresh tracks!
I just purchased this bike a week ago, and I can say the only thing stopping me from giving the bike 5 stars are the brakes. Brake reservoir is leaking on both the front and rear brake levers. I hope they find a fix for this soon.
Outstanding bike nothing can beat it on a mountain trail!
just had third ride on this bike. now that i have a little feel for the bike i am riding things that my 26 would not go near. brakes are perfect. only draw back is it is a little sluggish in really tight turns due to longer wheel base. if you are debating itis worth the extra $
