2015 Specialized S-Works Stumpjumper FSR Carbon 29

Who says you can't buy speed? The impressively low weight and proven performance of Specialized's S-Works Stumpjumper FSR Carbon 29 may make it the ultimate trail bike for smoking your buddies up and down. This carbon dream rig features 130mm of Brain-controlled, FSR travel in the rear and a venerable 130mm-travel, RockShox Pike RCT3 up front. Together they deliver the supreme combo of climbing efficiency and hard-charging downhill confidence. Up or down, the flyweight Roval carbon wheels spin up fast and are impeccably stiff for amazing cornering. And, this S-Works is outfitted with SRAM's 1 x 11-speed XX1 drivetrain for flawless shifting, mega-powerful SHimano XTR discs for insane braking, and a whole gamut of Specialized's renowned parts, including an internally routed dropper post.

    About Me

    Comments:

was nervous about going to a 1x11. but it was the best decision I made, the bike is so light climbing steep hills is an ease. going up and over rocks or tree limbs with the 29 inch wheels is effortless. having the command post makes steep down hills easier to maintain your speed. this is by far the best bike purchase I have ever made. its a bit pricey but worth every penny!! and having one of the best bike shops to go to if there is an issue makes the purchase that much more worth it. thanks papa wheelies!!

    Comments:

just had third ride on this bike. now that i have a little feel for the bike i am riding things that my 26 would not go near. brakes are perfect. only draw back is it is a little sluggish in really tight turns due to longer wheel base. if you are debating itis worth the extra $
